Return & Refund Policy
Quality is our top priority at Restaurant Helwi. Since we work with fresh, perishable food, the following rules apply.
No Right of Withdrawal
Under Swiss law, there is no general right of return for freshly prepared meals.
Defects & Complaints
Please check your order immediately upon delivery (at the courier or the counter). If anything is not to your satisfaction, please report it directly to our staff so we can provide an immediate replacement or solution.
Cancellations
As we prepare every order fresh for you, cancellations are only possible up to 5 minutes after the order is placed. After this time, the order is already being processed in the kitchen.
Refund Processing
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3 to 10 business days depending on the bank’s processing times.
