2. Order Formation
An order placed by the customer through the Kitchen6 website becomes a binding contract upon confirmation by Kitchen6. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Online orders are charged at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods include TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and cash for pickup. Any currency conversion fees applied by the customer’s bank are not the responsibility of Kitchen6.

Kitchen6 is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control. We are also not responsible for minor deviations in food presentation or ingredient substitutions due to availability. Liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct remains unaffected.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from orders or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
